Do You Ship Internationally?
NO. We ship only in Pakistan.

ORDERS AND RETURNS
How do I place an Order?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, go to Login > Checkout, OR Click on Shopping Cart button on right corner on your screen then scroll down and click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
When you complete your order. Our Customer service officer will call you and confirm your order and address then you will be inform him to Cancel or change your order. OR you can also E-Mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes.Once you have decided to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your delivery information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same.
You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order with an account.

How Do I Track My Order?
To track your order enter your Order ID in Order Tracking option (Login > Order Tracking) the press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
What products can I return?
- If the product is not as you expected/not as advertised.
- If the product is damaged, defective or counterfeit
How long do I have to return my product?
You can return your undamaged product within 18 months after delivery.
